CoHost Pro started the way most useful companies do: out of frustration.

Our founder ran a short-term rental property management company. He dealt with every problem on our homepage firsthand. The 11pm integration failures. The double bookings caused by channel sync bugs. The paralysis of trying to evaluate, purchase, configure, and maintain a dozen different software platforms while simultaneously trying to grow a portfolio and keep guests happy.

He built CoHost Pro because he wished it existed when he needed it most. A single team that understood the STR technology landscape, could set everything up correctly, and would be there at 2am when something inevitably broke.

Today, CoHost Pro serves property managers around the world. The mission hasn't changed: handle every technology decision so operators can focus entirely on their guests and their growth.

Rasheid built his first STR technology stack the hard way: by trial, error, and a lot of late nights debugging API integrations he never should have been responsible for. After experiencing firsthand how fragmented and unsupported the STR tech landscape is, he created CoHost Pro to be the team every property manager deserves but few can afford to build in-house.

He leads both CoHost Pro and its parent company, NetAesthetics, a design and technology studio that builds for businesses that refuse to settle for average. The same craft and intentionality that defines NetAesthetics' work flows directly into how CoHost Pro serves its clients.
